Greetings Everyone ~

The month of June is here. The 25th of June marks one year for me here as the Editor of the Autism Spectrum Disorders site. Time sure has flown by quickly. I found out a few days ago that we did get the scholarships from Achievable Foundation for the summer camp. Cost is $1665 per child for the six weeks. Camp is from 8:45-2:45 on a catholic school campus.

Nicholas's class is putting on a play for parents this coming Friday. He plays the Archeologist and has five scenes. Matthew got hurt at school today and has a large black and blue mark on his rump from banging into a garbage can.

His IEP is on the 14th and I have yet to receive the service logs for related services. I asked for them 10 days prior to IEP. This week I wrote an article for Dads and another one for Grads since they are celebrated during the month of June.

Autism has been in the media lately - last week on ABC and last nite on Dateline. I taped the segment as Nicholas wanted away from the TV saying he hated autism. I think he gets tired of the media coverage and me hogging the TV to record the shows. Articles also in the Washington Post and NY Times.
