You might think that it is a strange time to write an article about ADD and school, but in the Midwest, school will start in about a month. It's good to stay on top of things. Besides, a reader wrote to me via my Bio Submission and asked some questions about dealing with the school when a child has ADD. I has been awhile since I have addressed this question.

Kids with Attention Deficit Disorder can face an uphill battle at school. What can a parent do to help their child? You can help educators understand the needs of your child with ADD/ADHD. It is important to be proactive, rather than just reactive. How can a parent manage this? Here are some tips.
