Low Carb

July 15 2006 Low Carb Newsletter

Hello everyone! I hope you're keeping cool. Make sure you drink a lot of water every day! It's important for general health and of course for losing weight if that is your goal. It helps to flush all sorts of things out of your system, and move nutrients to where they need to be.

Tip for the day - celery sticks! They're cool, they're crunchy, they're full of fiber and they're quite low carb!

Did you know I haven't had any cavities at all since going low carb? My dentist now always says my teeth are really great, and I'm not an enthusiastic brusher either. It makes sense. Don't eat sugar = teeth are strong! :)

Tea Caffeine and Carbs
Tea was first discovered in China, and has become a loved part of many peoples days. Is tea low carb? How does caffeine affect your body? How healthy is tea?
