Here's the latest article from the Attention Deficit Disorder site at BellaOnline.com.

Greetings from the Land of OZ!

I will admit that I am smoothie obsessed! I use my Vitamix every morning and make enough smoothies to have one for breakfast and one with my lunch sandwich. They are so easy and tasty, too! I find that my energy level is better and I have more concentration when my nutrition is good. Smoothies are good for my ADD!

Here is an extra smoothie recipe, just for newsletter readers:

Blueberry Dessert Smoothie

1 ½ cups frozen blueberries
½ cup Fage Greek yogurt
1 cup almond milk
2 tablespoons almond butter
1-2 tablespoons brown sugar
¼ teaspoon vanilla
dash of salt
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice

Blend in Vitamix -2 servings
