July 3 2010 Mystery Books Newsletter

Hello everyone!

Although Spanish Dagger by Susan Wittig Albert has been out for a while - I am in the process of catching up with China Bayles and all her stories - I thought I would place a review of this particular book on this site. Just this week I also read Bleeding Hearts and will read two more in this series in the next few weeks.

If you haven't read any of the China Bayles mysteries, I encourage you to do so. You can start at the beginning if you want to catch up on the backstory of the characters or you can jump in at any time. All the books in this wonderful series stand alone as a complete novel.

Here's the latest article from the Mystery Books site at BellaOnline.com.

Spanish Dagger Book Review
China Bayles has her hands full with a papermaking workshop, newly found brother who wants to reopen the investigation into their fathers' death, and a body discovered amid yucca plants near the railroad track.
