Things are really heating up here in the south. I'm not talking sports or politics, I mean weather. One thing I love about living where I do is the weather. I've been on the beach in shorts on Christmas day. One thing I hate about living here is the weather. Summers can be unbearable!

Still, I prefer hot summers over blizzards any time. I lived through the "Blizzard of '79" when I was living in Illinois. As a matter of fact, I was in Lake Geneva, WI that weekend and it took me three days to get back. I learned a lot then, mostly that I prefer living down south and it was time to head home.
