Hello everyone, I hope you are well and happy as I write this newsletter. It's summertime here in the states and the Fourth of July celebrations will be in full swing. We've been hearing firecrackers for a few days now :) I just got back from my trip and it was rough driving back through Texas with all their flooding they've had but everyone got home safely. If you are traveling today be safe. I've gotten a few watermelon salad recipes for you to try out this summer. I'm sure looking forward to having some watermelon. We have two chilling right now. The kids love them and they are really refreshing when that temperature gets up there.
