Greetings from the Land of OZ!

If you celebrated the 4th, I hope you had a wonderful and safe time. Here is another healthy recipe. I am trying to make some snackish things that both kids and adults would find appealing.

If you don't involve your kids in making these muffins, don't tell them that they have sweet potatoes and squash in them. Let them eat a few first! When they want more, they can grate the squash and sweet potato! Enjoy these muffins. They are beyond tasty!

Too often in a busy life, we have trouble finding time to eat in a healthy manner. Sometimes we just want a quick bite of something to stave off the hunger pangs. These tasty, healthy muffins will do the trick. They taste great and are a good choice for folks with Attention Deficit Disorder.
