Hi All!

I'm back from the in-law visit. It was so nice to see all the old haunts. I didn't realize how much I missed the Sleeping Giant and Mount McKay until I saw them again. When we get organized I'll post some pictures in the forum. We're now recovering from all the visiting. You know how it is. It's nice to see everyone but not all at once.

Oy, oy, oy, is it hot?! Hope you are all finding inventful ways to keep cool. While I was away a friend turned me on to Del Monte's Real Fruit frozen fruit bars. Basically a popsicle made out of blended fruit. They're yummy and a great way to keep cool. If you can find them, check them out. My favourite is mango.
