Greetings to all my fellow comic and manga fans! Any comic fan knows how hard it can be for female-led books to get the attention they deserve. Some publishers don’t back them enough nor publish enough. Fans of Marvel Comics, as I am, know that last point very well. Hopefully that changes with the release of Captain Marvel on July 25th, 2012, which is a great read. This week I throw out a few suggestions for other comic books featuring female leads.
