Though slavery ended with the Emancipation Proclamation, mankind realized that slavery comes in all forms, shapes, and sizes. It was through this speech by Martin Luther King, Jr., that a new kind of slavery was recognized and slowly dismantled through rhetoric, blood, and determination.
