Hello! With Autumn just around the corner, there's no time like the present to fortify our bodies!

This week’s article is about Folic Acid, a great addition to any woman or man’s diet, so I thought I would talk a little bit more about it here.
Folic acid, or folate, is an exceptional support for the body, and including it in your daily nutritional supplement routine would be a great advantage to you physically.

It is known to prevent certain cancers. It also helps to increase conception in women, and helps infertility in men! Here are links to two articles regarding this if you or someone you know needs this info.

We don’t normally think of cancer and fertility in the same category, but folic acid seems to be the exception to this kind of thinking.

Foods that naturally contain folic acid are: fortified cereals, pinto beans, asparagus, spinach, broccoli, okra and brussel sprouts.

I personally take a royal jelly supplement with folic acid in it. It’s called B-12 Plus, and is made by Bee-Alive out of New York State.

Bee-Alive products predominantly contain fresh Royal Jelly, and this one does also. B-12 Plus has Royal Jelly, B-12, B-6 and Folic Acid. They pack it in small individualized squeezable units that are easily packable for your purse of travel, with an easy twist-off top.

I also use their product called Sweet Energy, which is royal jelly in honey (packed fresh in a glass jar).

Since I’ve been taking these two supplements, I have less fatigue and more strength and stamina. I highly recommend these to you if you feel tired, weak, or need to beef yourself up after surgery, or treatments.

If you are diabetic, they also offer Royal Jelly (Sweet Energy) without the honey, it’s just bitter. It can be mixed with yogurt, etc. to make it tastier. Since it’s fresh, it has to be kept cool, so they ship it on ice, and it’s shipped overnight. The honey acts as a preservative, so the honey blend called Sweet Energy can be shipped on a regular schedule.

Bee-Alive has other supplements, and they also have a skin-care line that’s wonderful. And, royal jelly is in that, too.

Queen bee’s exclusive diet is royal jelly and they live six years, compared to the worker bees six weeks!

Find out more on their web site – www.beealive.com. They have a great customer service team, and they truly care about people.

Have a healthy and blessed week!
