According to recent statistics, the mean average for all bowlers in the U.S. is between 150 and 155. While it can be done with only 5 or 6 spares, a bowler will generally throw at least 1 to 2 strikes in a 155 game. With some coaching or instructional sessions, those practice sessions will be greatly improved.
Practice More, Average More
The more times you're able to get on the lanes for practice sessions, however, the higher your average will be and the more times you will be on the alley bowling strikes.

--More bowlers competed in the Women's International Bowling Congress tournament in Reno, Nevada, in 1988 than in any other bowling match in the world. There were 77,735 women competitors.
--The mean average of all adult female USBC members is 139.
--In the 2005 winter season, there were 1,060 perfect (300) games and 207 USBC certified 800 series shot by women.
--The busiest time is "later," and the busiest day is "tomorrow."
--I have come to the conclusion that a flashlight is a storage case for dead batteries.
