Do you take nutritional supplements? What about fish oil? Omega-3 fatty acids help people in many ways. A study reported in Science Daily was conducted by researchers at the University of Oslo. Their purpose was to see if the symptoms of Attention Deficit Disorder in specially bred rats were reduced by adding omega-3 fatty acids to the rats' diets. What implications are there for people with ADD?
