Both of these are generally shipped in quantities of 3 (3-month supply), although you can order just one. They do this because it usually takes time for supplements to build up in the system, to get the full benefit.

They usually offer TRAVEL packages from around October through New Years. It’s a good way to try out the products, because travel sizes are always small. If something doesn't work out, you haven't wasted much.
