I have recently learned that you need to update your Adobe Reader to version (X) 10 before you download some of the vintage publications on the Antique Pattern Library website. http://www.antiquepatternlibrary.org/

This library of free vintage books is a treasure trove for tatters. I often provide links in the articles and newsletters to that website.
