My maple has splashes of red already this season (http://twitpic.com/2sl6ci) and before long it will be casting a lovely glow into our living space. This is my favorite time of year. I get to layer my clothes, go for comfortable walks outside, and Halloween is around the corner (of course it's all about the costumes and not the chocolate).
