Greetings!
Herbs & spices can really make an ordinary meal extraordinary.
What can you do to always have on hand just the right flavors you're looking for at your finger tips?
This week marks the 2nd week of our "Shortcuts Series" where I'm laying the foundation for 'out-of-the-box' experiences in your kitchen. As you get these concepts under your belt you'll easily become the master and innovator in your kitchen that you were born to be. My aim is to make your cooking process as natural and seemless to you as breathing.
Did you know that there are several ways to store and use herbs and spices that can deliver more flavor and convenience to you?
Over the years I've had the pleasure of training my students in these techniques which have delivered to them the confidence they need to let their natural chefs emerge. This bit of information will give you some of the pointers you need to begin the process of mastering the beginning stages of creating your sauces, spreads, bases, etc. So jump into the info and let me know if there's anything in particular you'd like for me to cover in future articles, ebooks or courses.
Now let's catch up on this past week's happenings.

RECAP
------------
- I was out of the studio for the most part of this week, but the media process continues for the food tv programming nonetheless.
- I came up with a new curry sauce - it's a multi-cultural fusion - I'll have to expound upon it in the issues to come.
- I'm currently developing the 'O'Neal' series of recipes - I'll explain later when it's ready for you guys to partake - remind me.
- Had an almost out of body experience with - not quite - some very vanilla silk and the barley coffee substitute. AWESOME!
- Forum discussions continue
and without further ado...
