Zucchini Quick Bread Recipe

World Bread Day is an annual celebration held on October 16th. My Zucchini Quick Bread recipe is a healthy and delicious on-the-run "Power Bread" that will keep you going for hours. It's packed with vitamins, protein, fiber and antioxidants and makes a great after school snack for the kids! My girls just love this!
