To celebrate the 87th Annual Feast of Gennaro in Little Italy, New York I bring you a simple twist on the traditional old Italian sausage and peppers. This Italian Sausage & Peppers Salad Recipe is quick and easy to make and is packed with flavors that are simply Italian.

My husband took this to work as a sandwich and my girls and I had this as a salad. There are many variations with this delicious recipe. I hope you try it out. Enjoy!
