Hi everyone, It's been a busy few weeks and if you've popped by the forum you've seen I havn't been able to post new articles because I was locked out of the site!!

It's harvest season I'm up to my ears in grapes, pears and apples. Between jam making, back to school shopping and researching articles its been difficult to make time to pamper myself. So this weeks quote is one of my own:

"Making more time for yourself is easier if you put yourself as a priority. Make the time to schedule yourself in."
