As for me and my family, we've finally had our first frost here, and the Halloween boxes have come out of the attic. I'll be Mrs. Potts this year, with a pint sized Belle by my side. Next week, we'll be exploring a local apple orchard, and selecting our carving pumpkins. My rule of thumb is that the kids can buy a pumpkin as large as they can carry independently. The kids love to choose one just a bit bigger each year, and see how much stronger they have grown.
