This week, our baby robins have flown from the nest and the kids are once again free to use the swingset where Mrs. Robin raised her brood. We've observed two small spotted turtles crawling over our driveway, presumably searching for the perfect spot to lay eggs. Springtime in our neighborhood is magical! What a great time to get outdoors and interact with nature. The kids learn so much through these chance encounters, and my husband and I are constantly challenged to keep up with the dazzling flow of questions and comments. Times like this, I am so grateful for the internet, and how quickly it allows us to access information.
