Water Works science book- review
Looking for an exciting and challenging science program? Water Works is brought to us by Prufrock Press and the College of William and Mary's Center for Gifted Education. It's well planned, easily executed, and perfect for our youngest elementary students!

This week, the gifted education forum is all about back to school. Whether you teach or parent gifted children, September always has a certain energy and excitement. Even homeschoolers tend to enjoy getting new supplies and exploring new materials at this time of year.

I've had to make some difficult decisions recently, which affect a lot of people. My hope is that I have modeled the decision making process well for my kids. Sometimes I find that I am in a situation where change must occur, and all I can do is try to direct it in a positive way. I was actually talking things out with my three year old the other day, and she listened with wide eyes and gave me a sympathetic hug. That's one for my memory book.

warm regards,
