Happy Purim, Everyone!
Last week's article examined Queen Esther - a major 'character' in the foundation of Purim. I hope you are able to spend some time during your Purim celebrations contemplating the women role models we have had in our history.

Do you know any Jewish farmers? High standards for farming can be found in the Torah. One might begin to wonder why we, Jews, are not eating more healthy, organic food from sustainable farms.
