A heartfelt hello to all Menopause newsletter readers and a big welcome to new subscribers! Thank you to everyone for your support.

Today marks the 20th anniversary of Nelson Mandela's release from prison. I mention it not so much for political reasons, but that he continues to face life's challenges even after some very difficult times. For women facing some tough times during menopause, there is hope for better times ahead. Hang in there!
