Hello there again, it’s just me popping in to say hello. The weather has changed here in the last week from hot, humid and muggy to beautiful warmish days and cooler nights which means we’re all sleeping better! Hooray! So it’s hello to autumn here in Australia and for us in Queensland the best time of the year. We’ll enjoy this sort of weather now until about July, when it will start to get cooler.

We had some visitors over the weekend, and we thoroughly enjoyed their stay. We took our friends to the Roma Street Gardens in the city for a walk and then lunch at a café nearby and it was a really sunny day and very pleasant walking about the beautiful gardens. It does the soul the world of good to get out amongst growing plants and green grass, and the sound of running water. A good dose of medicine for me!!

Last week I posted some more postcards that I’ve finished for my postcard swap. Had fun making them and have some photos for you. Here’s the link: http://www.bellaonline.com/articles/art179946.asp

The forum has been quiet – take a look and see if you’d like to start up a conversation. Here’s the link: http://forums.bellaonline.com/ubbthreads.php/forums/43/1/Quilting
