April 3 2013 Quilting Newsletter

Hello quilters, welcome to another edition of the weekly Quilters Quarters newsletter from Bellaonline. I hope this newsletter finds you well.

Well, Easter is over for another year, and thank goodness. No more chocolate eggs begging to be eaten! We didn’t go anywhere this year. We don’t usually go anywhere because it’s always madness on the roads, with everyone rushing to get to their destination and then rushing to get back again. Not having children at home means we’re not stuck with travelling at school holidays and it’s very nice to head off at a more leisurely pace and at quieter times. I got some sewing and some cleaning done and feel on top of things again. Not sure how long that feeling will last!!

I wrote another article in my series on Colour Theory for Quilters last Sunday. This article is particularly about Split complimentary Colour Schemes. Here’s the link for your interest: http://www.bellaonline.com/articles/art180085.asp

We’ve been having a chat fest on at the forum – we’re talking T-shirt Quilting at the moment. Here’s the link:
