Quilting

July 8 2014 Quilting Newsletter

Knock Knock, it’s me again, just popping in to say hello. I do hope you are feeling well and enjoying your busy week. I’ve had a couple of busy weeks, especially with Sunshine Linus, my volunteer quilting group that I belong to. We’ve been sewing, knitting and crocheting up a storm in recent weeks and last Monday saw the biggest distribution of goodies we’ve seen in the four years that we’ve been up and running. If you’d like to see what we’ve been up to, here’s the link to the blog: http://sunshinelinusgroup.blogspot.com.au/

You may remember that I have a personal blog called “When Life Hands you Scraps”, and I occasionally write something on it. Well, I’ve recently added a little article about a particular quilter who has achieved great things for Sunshine Linus and for her community. Here’s the link: http://whenlifehandsyouscraps.blogspot.com.au/

Last week I wrote another quilt book review – this time a terrific publication titled Quilt Blocks go Wild and my article is here for your interest: http://www.bellaonline.com/articles/art183653.asp

I have lots of goodies for you this week. I hope you find something of interest. Have fun!
