Walking is good for you and there are many health benefits to be had – just by walking for half an hour each day – try it and see!

Winter is a very good time to begin a walking plan and get your body into new walking routines ready for a new year.

If you are very overweight then take a look at my tips for getting you started on a walking programme or pass this info on to someone you know who will benefit.


But wait I hear you say “I already walk” – good for you! Take a friend with you or better still a group of friends. Walk with your family; make it a happy time when you can walk and talk.
