Appalachia

July 11 2012 Appalachia Newsletter

Greetings to all folks near and far. I hope you have found great ways to stay cool during hot summer temps. A spray bottle filled with water and maybe some cooling herbs like mint may really help you keep your cool -- just spritz the cooking water high up in front of you and walk into the mist.

One of my passions in writing is to explore history and find women who made an impact in the lives of others.

Here is my latest article from the BellaOnline.com Appalachia site, about women in history.
