Season's Greetings from the Land of OZ!
These last couple of weeks have been crazy! Classes have been winding down, and student evaluations were due. My tutoring students needed a little extra to get them through final reviews. It's been so wild, that I have just begun decorating for the holidays!
Here are some more tips from my house to yours about having a better holiday season. Use the ones that work and let the others go. I've added a wide variety, so that many people can find a few things that work for them and their families. Relax, but stay somewhat structured. Don't try to do too much. Keep good nutrition at the forefront of meals, but allow for the holiday treats. Always, always get enough rest!
