In several articles, I've mentioned Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT.) I know many of you use medication, while others really don't like the idea. However, the symptoms of ADD are real and impact our lives in many ways.
When medication is not indicated to treat symptoms of Attention Deficit Disorder, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy might be what you need to help you effectively manage any troublesome ADD/ADHD symptoms that you might have.
