Greetings from the Land of OZ!
In the past few years researchers have quit pooh-poohing the notion that the negative symptoms of ADD can be increased or decreased by a person's diet. In fact, research now indicates that there is a group of people with ADD who are very sensitive to dyes and preservatives.

Triple Bean Chili Recipe for ADD
Folks with ADD/ADHD are helped by eating a diet that has high-quality protein, complex carbohydrates, good fat, veggies, no food colorings, or preservatives. My Triple Bean Turkey Chili Recipe hits all of these criteria, plus it is easy to make. It's as simple as 1-2-3! A child could make my chili.
