Pinto beans help with ADD since they're easy to make and full of good nutrition. Serve beans with cornbread on a cold day. Add veggies for a hearty soup. Mash beans for Pinto Bean Romaine wraps. There are many ways to serve pintos, but the protein is improved when they are served with cornbread.
