Did you know that today the Earth is being hit by a massive solar storm? If you live in the Northern Hemisphere, be sure to check your local papers to see if you could see the Northern Lights tonight! Normally these cool lights in the sky can only be seen in Canada and northern Europe, but tonight you might be able to see them in your home location (assuming of course you don't live in one of those areas already ;) ). I'm definitely going to be outside looking skyward tonight!
