ALL IN THE FAMILY: Follow this: Shania Twain is engaged to the ex-husband of the woman for whom Ms. Twain's current ex-husband, Robert Lange, broke up their 14-year-marriage in 2008.

PERSONALITIES: Dame Edna Everage, a/k/a Dame Edna, played by Australian comedian Barry Humphries laments, "If you have to explain satire to someone, you might as well give up." Other self-descriptive tags include: a mother of 3 grown children, "possibly Jewish," advisor of British royalty, former US presidents, and Australian prime ministers, lilac-colored hair, cat eye glasses, and affectionately addressing her “endearlings” as "possoms." SOMETHING TO TALK ABOUT: Just how many causes and claims for class-action lawsuits can there be against WalMart?

ALLSPICE FOR LIFE: Milk, cheese, butter and yogurt contain trans-palmitoleic fatty acid which cannot be made by the body. Recent studies reveal this particular ingredient to be linked with a reduction of Type 2 Diabetes risk. However, this certainly does not give cause to consume these dairy products in excess as there could be associated weight gain. Perhaps a better strategy would be to ingest them in dairy products labeled "low fat."
