In an effort to decrease obesity, Congressperson, Eleanor Holmes Norton and the “American Idol” and “So You Think You Can Dance” executive producer, Nigel Lythgoe made July 31, National Dance Day. Is this a gimmick to promote dance shows or a fun way to bring people closer together?
