Cycling Tips
Here's a great tip for preventing a flat tyre. Next time you get your hands on your tyre's the inner tube, why not dust the inner tube lightly with some talcum powder. This will help prevent the tube sticking to the inner wall of the tyre and so will lessen the chance of a pinch-flat!
