The Decider is Not a Dictator
The decider is not a dictator. He can follow already existing rules, or he can go to Congress and convince them to make new rules. But he does not get to make up his own rules. He has to learn to place nice with others. That is basically what the Supreme Court ruled in Hamdan V. Rumsfeld.

Kuwaiti Women Vote for the First Time
For the first time Kuwaiti women went into the polls to elect a new parliament. While twenty-seven of the two hundred and fifty candidates were women, none of them won a seat in parliament. But dont think women did not have an impact on the election.
