A Review of Ergonomically-Designed Pens
A review of stick-style and alternatively designed ergonomic pens, a comparison of ink styles, and my top picks for writing comfort.
A Good Postural Stretch -
If you have spent the day rounded forward writing or typing at a keyboard, this is a great stretch! Sit up straight, align your head over you shoulders, keep your eyes level on the horizon, and pull your head back as if you are trying to give yourself a double-chin. Hold for 10 seconds. Repeat 3 times.
Nutrition Tip -
Try Vitamin B6 to enhance nerve and muscle function. Although studies are inconclusive, some people have found relief of carpal tunnel symptoms when taking a supplemental B-complex vitamin. Do not take more than the daily recommended dosage! Taking excessive amounts can be toxic to the nerves.
