Folklore and Mythology

November 23 2011 Folklore and Mythology Newsletter

Greetings to all folks near and far.

My latest article is a short fiction story I wrote. It is about a young girl who is learning about love and is determined to take a journey alone to see
The Old Mother Of The Mountain.

You can read this article at the following link:

I would love to have you stop by the forum and chat with me and others on this or other articles. I do hope you stop by. I look forward to meeting you in the Folklore and Mythology forum.

How do I love thee? Let me count the ways.
I love thee to the depth and breadth and height
My soul can reach, when feeling out of sight
For the ends of Being and ideal Grace.
I love thee to the level of everyday's
Most quiet need, by sun and candle-light.
I love thee freely, as men strive for Right;
I love thee purely, as they turn from Praise.
I love thee with a passion put to use
In my old griefs, and with my childhood's faith.
I love thee with a love I seemed to lose
With my lost saints, --- I love thee with the breath,
Smiles, tears, of all my life! --- and, if God choose,
I shall but love thee better after death.
- Elizabeth Barrett Browning, 1806 - 1861

Till next time, may your home be filled with laughter and may it ring from floor to rafter.

May you walk in Beauty and Harmony.
