Greetings to all folks near and far.
March already and St. Patrick's Day is coming up fast. Once again, I did not buy myself anything green to wear. Each year, I promise myself a green blouse or socks or at least a scarf, to wear on St. Patrick's Day. Yet every year I still get pinched!
In honor of St. Patrick's Day and my Irish ancestors, I have a few Irish recipes for you. I hope you enjoy them.
Here's the latest article from the Folklore and Mythology site at BellaOnline.com.
Ulster Fry and Irish Bread Recipes
The Ulster Fry is a tradition from Northern Ireland. This is a very hearty meal.

Till next time, may your home be filled with laughter and may it ring from floor to rafter. May you always walk in peace and harmony.
