Greetings to all folks near and far. I hope you are taking good care of yourselves during this hot weather. Please take extra care of the children and elderly during these hot summer days. For extra precaution there are tips for staying healthy and safe during heat waves. Just type in "Hot Weather Survival Tips" in your computer search engine and you should find a lot of useful information.

In my last newsletter I gave you my Rosemary and Garlic Chicken recipe. I forgot to tell you to dip the chicken pieces in an egg batter before coating with the flour and herb mixture. Silly ol' me! You can also just use water if anyone is allergic to eggs.
If you prefer, you can use bread crumbs or corn flake crumbs instead of flour in the herbal mixture. This will give the chicken a more "crunchy" coating.
