Dear Greek Food Reader,

Lent has been underway for quite some time and is nearing its end. But, it isn't over yet! This means that we still need to find meatless recipes. So this week, I've posted a recipe for fasolada (Greek bean soup) on the site. And if you don't celebrate Easter or are not taking part in Lent this recipe will make a tasty addition to your files.

I also invite you to check out the Greek Food site forums. There are some great recipes posted on there. I can personally vouch for the Greek meatloaf recipe. I just tried it today (my family only fasts a few days a week during Lent). I had to make some modifications because I didn't have all the ingredients but it turned out well.
