Christos Anesti! I hope everyone had a great week and a wonderful Easter. We are getting some rainy and windy weather here in Massachusetts. My husband is running the Boston Marathon tomorrow and it looks like this weather will continue into tomorrow.

When I put together this week's article, I was thinking of warmer times. Souvlaki is meant to be enjoyed on the grill during warmer weather. Wishful thinking for this week but soon, I know I will be able to enjoy my souvlaki the way it's meant to be. :)
