I’m back with the latest newsletter. Close your eyes, sit back and think curry. What does that bring to your mind? If you thought of Indian food, this week’s update will interest you. ‘Curry’ is a term derived from Tamil, a Classic Indian Language and used to denote meat or vegetables cooked in thick sauce, Indian style.
