Loose Skin from Losing Weight
When you lose weight, your skin becomes loose and perhaps you get an 'apron' at your stomach where the bulge used to be. Is surgery the only option? Not at all! Come see a real before-and-after photo of skin shrinking in again.
We are having some AWESOME forum discussions! Come join us!!
"Obese and overweight adults in England could be paid to lose weight under plans being considered by the Government. The new strategy to tackle poor eating habits and sedentary lifestyles includes the suggestion that people should receive financial rewards or shopping vouchers for achieving and maintaining a healthy weight."
What do you think?
From Jilly -
"On Easter Sunday, I would advise people to try filling up on salad as much as possible and drink lots of fresh water, before the actual main courses. This way we can all eat smaller portions by racking up on the fiber first. But also remember that if we slip, it's okay. This isn't a diet. it's not about deprivation! We have to keep ourselves happy on holidays and vacations to be sustainable for a lifetime."
Have you ever seen a twisty board? These boards are about a foot in diameter and you stand on them and twist around, like in the dance. They are GREAT for putting by the couch to hop on during commercials. Come read about how several forum members are using these cheap-but-fun toys!
how often do you buy veggies? We usually buy them once a week. So our food near the end of the week is always multiple days old (if not more). My great grandmother in her diary talked about walking to the store each day to get something fresh to eat, and getting things from her garden. We don't get fresh food any more most of the time! How often do you shop for veggies? Do you know where they come from?
Also as a final note, the Spring Equinox edition of our literary magazine is out! It's full of poetry, stories and artwork, and best of all it is FREE! Come on and enjoy!
I hope to hear from you sometime soon, either in the forum or in response to this email message. I thrive on your feedback!
Have fun passing this message along to family and friends, because we all love free knowledge!
