Greetings everyone! I hope your summer is finding fun ways for you to get up and moving. Maybe you can go walking in your local park. Maybe you can put the radio on and dance around in your back yard. Go visit a public garden. Whatever it is you enjoy, make the time for it. Yoga in the morning, stretching in the evening.
I've been flat out with work and haven't been doing any yoga - and my back is sore! Bodies definitely benefit from staying in motion :).
