Hey there, everyone! Happy summer! We had a mail server jam on Saturday so if you get this one twice, I apologize :) It's always something! :)

I had tried several scales before I got my hands on the Omron 5596G. This scale tells your weight, body fat, body water, bone mineral, muscle mass - and is less than half as much as a competitor! I am just SO impressed with this scale.


Our forum is a great place to get meal planning ideas, if you're in a rut. Just come by, tell us a few of your favorite foods and we'll brainstorm with you!


In the meantime I'm having oodles of fun with my Kindle, the Amazon ebook reader. I've read several books now on becoming more healthy. One key? Reduce your stress and worry! Your body builds up unhealthy hormones if it's under stressful situations. This gets your body more worn down, tired, and likely to get sick. It's in your own best interest to remove stress from your life! Come on by the forum for some practical suggestions on how!
